Junior Talent Sourcer

📋 Description

• Execute multi-channel sourcing to identify qualified candidates for high-volume roles
• Build and maintain engaged talent pipelines via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and job boards
• Conduct initial screens via phone or video to assess culture fit and availability
• Represent recruitment on client calls and interviews, communicating professionally
• Partner with senior recruiters to align sourcing with role requirements
• Track activity and pipeline health in the ATS; provide updates

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on sourcing or recruitment experience in a recruitment agency
• Proven sourcing across both sales and technology roles in high-volume environments
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing conversations
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines with quality
• Fully remote-ready with distributed teams across US or UK time zones
• Proficient with remote tools: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and ATS/CRM platforms
