Key Account Leader (Softlines/Textile)

📋 Description

• Manage and follow up on assigned Key Accounts for Softlines products, ensuring client requirements
• Define, implement, and monitor KPIs to drive project performance and QC results.
• Drive continuous service improvement and maintain a low client claim rate.
• Build relationships with client contacts and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Support pre-sales activities and client meetings with inspection solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and share knowledge with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years in Softlines, QC, inspection, manufacturing, or related fields.
• Strong client account management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of Softlines products, QC processes, and industry standards.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills with root-cause analysis ability.
