Key Account Leader (Softlines/Textile)

📋 Description

• Manage and follow up on assigned Key Accounts for Softlines products, ensuring that client
• Define, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive project performance
• Drive continuous service improvement by identifying potential issues, implementing effective
• Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with key client contacts and internal
• Support pre-sales activities and client meetings, working closely with Sales and Operations teams
• Stay up to date with industry standards and client requirements, and proactively share knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Garment, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Softlines, quality control, inspection, manufacturing, supply chain, or
• Strong experience in managing client accounts, understanding client requirements, and ensuring high
• Excellent spoken and written English skills, with strong communication and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of Softlines products, quality standards, inspection processes, and industry
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify root causes and
