📋 Description

  • Manage and grow key client portfolios in Brazil.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Marketing, Finance, Hospitality, or related.
  • 3+ years in key account management or B2B customer success (fintech/SaaS).
  • Proven track record of expanding accounts via cross-sell and upsell.
  • Experience selling fintech or SaaS platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), Excel, and reporting tools.
  • Fluent in English.
