Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Own net revenue retention and expansion targets for defined strategic accounts; drive upsell
• Develop and execute strategic account plans aligning customer engineering initiatives, org
• Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders and scale deployments from single-team to
• Identify new use cases, departments, and geographies to deliver value from advanced physics
• Lead multi-threaded enterprise sales cycles: value case, procurement, legal, and executive
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure adoption, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B software sales; 3+ years in strategic/key account management or
• Proven track record growing existing enterprise accounts and closing six- to seven-figure deals.
• Experience selling software to engineering/manufacturing/technical audiences; CAE, simulation
• Strong familiarity with value-based and consultative selling (e.g., MEDDICC, Challenger) and
• Executive presence; ability to communicate business value from engineer to C-level.
