• Strategic Account Mgmt: Manage local relationships for key global clients in Australia.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years managing large corporate client relationships, preferably in EAP or mental health.
• Ideal 2 years in an EAP/mental health setting; degree in Psychology or related field.
• Autonomous, proactive; strong presentation skills for senior client conversations.
• Proven ability to manage client crises and deliver high-quality service.
• Knowledge of Australian mental health landscape and program promotion.
