Lead IEP development, proposal, and implementation per state/federal law
Collaborate with school Leadership Team and instructional coach
Deliver specialized instruction and behavior supports (co-teaching, push-in, etc.)
Use data to monitor progress and inform instruction
Create daily/long-term lesson plans aligned to IEPs
Support inclusive, Restorative Practices and SEL in classroom

🎯 Requirements

B.A./B.S. from regionally accredited institution
Valid Special Education teaching credential or eligibility for Provisional Internship Permit/Short
Experience teaching students with similar demographics to KIPP NC
Commitment to anti-racist education and KIPP mission
Strong content knowledge and relationship-building skills
Proficient in Google Suite (Google Classroom, Hangout, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and capable of using
