• Translate patent documentation from Korean into English while preserving meaning, accuracy, and
• Deliver translations across chemistry, biology, CS, electricity, mechanics, medical devices.
• Perform translation, copy editing, proofreading, and MTPE as required.
• Use CAT tools, primarily XTM, following translation workflows.
• Ensure terminology consistency and client-quality standards.
• Manage workloads and meet deadlines; communicate in English with teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience translating Kore​an→English patent docs.
• Native-level English with excellent writing skills.
• Degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven patent-translation expertise across technical domains.
• Experience with CAT tools, particularly XTM, and structured workflows.
• Detail-oriented, able to work independently in a remote freelance environment.
