📋 Description

• Design and build Ruby/Rails backend and frontend code
• Communicate with customers to understand ideas and requirements
• Collaborate with teammates on technical decisions
• Write clean, readable code with unit tests
• Perform code reviews
• Onboard and mentor new team members

🎯 Requirements

• Strong OOP skills
• Troubleshooting and bug triage
• 1+ year Ruby on Rails experience
• Relational databases and SQL
• Good English communication
• NodeJS/Elixir or ReactJS experience preferred
