L&D Manager

📋 Description

• Implement the learning strategy and annual plan aligned to business goals.
• Partner with leaders to run enterprise- and team-level training needs analysis.
• Design or curate learning programs and content; choose delivery modalities.
• Review individual and organizational development needs.
• Launch programs and oversee delivery with L&D specialists and HR partners.
• Ensure a positive learner experience and clear communication.
• Hire, coach, and coordinate L&D Specialists.
• Manage L&D budgets; negotiate contracts and vendor relationships.
• Act as primary contact for learning queries; drive adoption.
• Measure learning impact with metrics; report outcomes and improve.
• Monitor development plans and help employees maximize learning.
• Develop HR team capabilities in training where L&D sits in HR.
• Stay current on education trends and continuously improve L&D processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in L&D/Training management (preferably IT).
• Significant experience with learning and development methods and metrics.
• Experience designing LMS courses; knowledge of e-learning platforms.
• Experience in project management and budgeting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; building relations with employees and vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with business-oriented thinking.
• Upper-intermediate English.
