Manage multiple programs from concept to scale
Partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, and business leaders

🎯 Requirements

5–8+ years in Learning & Development or Talent/Organizational Development
Mastery of instructional design and leadership theory
Exceptional program management across multiple builds
Fluency with learning tech and LMS (e.g., LearnUpon)
Strong analytical skills and dashboards
High-impact communication with exec leadership
