L&OD Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and execution of training, learning & development, and employee engagement
• Identify organizational training needs through competency assessments, career development pathways
• Design and implement orientation programs, annual training plans, leadership development
• Manage internal and external training resources, including vendors and subject matter experts, to
• Drive employee engagement, organizational development and sustainability initiatives to enhance
• Support the development and continuous improvement of competency frameworks, performance management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Management, Organization
• Strong knowledge of training needs analysis, competency development, succession planning and
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational, planning and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
