• Senior escalation point for complex incidents
• Lead troubleshooting across cloud and on‑premises infra

• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and leadership

• Ensure security and compliance focus

🎯 Requirements

• Level 3 or senior systems engineering exp in MSP/multi-site
• Advanced troubleshooting in M365, Windows, cloud/on‑prem
• Strong Microsoft cloud, security, identity management
• Servers, virtualization, networking, firewalls experience
• Root-cause analysis and incident ownership
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects
