Lab Associate 1

📋 Description

• Support daily operations of training lab; coordinate supply orders and inventory; ensure lab
• Clean, decontaminate, sterilize medical instruments; organize operating rooms and lab bays.
• Prepare training materials; coordinate lab logistics; provide operational support for education
• Assist in managing robotic platforms and equipment for training and events.
• Handle cadaveric specimens and tissue models following safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records, inventory reconciliation, and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Lab tech, sterile reprocessing tech, veterinary tech or equivalent
• 3-5 years in an animal research lab or similar environment
• Familiarity with sterile protocol/OR attire; knowledge of regulatory criteria (IACUC, USDA, OLAW)
• Familiarity with surgical procedures and training models; Intuitive Surgical Robotic platforms
• Strong lab terminology and procedures; basic MS Office/outlook skills
• Excellent attendance
