📋 Description

• Manage laboratory compute support, coordinating daily activities and service performance.
• Lead analysts and oversee service provider execution for equipment and devices.
• Collaborate with scientists and tech teams to align operations with regulatory and lifecycle needs.
• Ensure compute technologies remain reliable, secure, compliant, and fit scientifically.
• Coordinate architecture and integrations with other systems in the lab compute domain.
• Promote secure, compliant support practices across laboratory sites and devices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience; Master’s with 5 years; PhD with 0 years in information
• Related IT, laboratory operations tech, informatics, endpoint support, or service delivery
• Strong problem solving, cross-functional coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and work effectively with customers, technical teams, and analysts.
• Core competencies: customer partnership, operational coordination, vendor/analyst management
• Preferred: 8+ years of related experience; pharma lab environment experience; familiarity with
