📋 Description

• Manage 80+ team daily within budgets and SLAs
• Ensure BPM process compliance
• Define/update SOPs and keep up-to-date
• Monitor staff performance and drive improvements
• Foster continuous improvement culture
• Implement internal controls for scope processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years leading large teams (BPO/SSC)
• Strong financial domain knowledge (PtP, OtC or General Accounting)
• Experience managing performance against SLAs
• Experience handling customer relationships
• Openness to change; ability to adapt in dynamic env
• Master's in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent
