Own day-to-day operation of a large-scale consumer device test lab
Maintain device fleets, test rigs, lab infra, inventory, provisioning, and logistics
Prepare devices for testing and support large-scale validation efforts
Collaborate with hardware, systems, QA, reliability, IT, and infrastructure teams

🎯 Requirements

Proven track-record operating hardware/electronics test labs
Hands-on with fleets of consumer electronics or prototypes
Experience configuring test rigs, networking, power, and peripherals
Strong organizational skills and ability to document assets and processes
Clear communication with engineers, QA, vendors, and technicians
Basic CAD familiarity a plus
