Lab Services Technician

📋 Description

• Process and prepare client samples for sequencing and provide operational support
• Receive, label, and store samples per SOPs
• Prepare tissue samples for extraction and quantify DNA per SOPs
• Build NGS libraries from client DNA with mentorship
• Operate automated lab equipment safely and accurately
• Prepare buffers/solutions for lab use

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent in a scientific field
• Experience using a pipettor and basic lab equipment
• Reliable attendance and performance
• Experience with nucleic acid extraction, quantification, PCR or molecular methods
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
