Supervise the activities of scientific staff for method development/validation and sample analysis
Oversee analytical data review, data management, and table generation
Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and ISO/IEC 17025:2005
Coordinate staff, resources, and equipment maintenance
Prepare technical reports for clients and provide revenue/forecast input
Maintain safe, clean lab environment and act as front line for clients

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in Science or equivalent
2+ years related experience and 1+ year leadership
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines; lab operations and software systems
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and think critically
Reside within commutable distance to Madison, WI
