Lab Technician / Machinist

📋 Description

• Perform precision machining in support of fabrication and welding qualification
• Prepare test specimens and conduct destructive tests
• Operate shop equipment (band saws, mills, grinders, polishing)
• Measure to required dimensions and tolerances
• Lead test setups and verify equipment calibration
• Record and report results accurately

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in machine shop/fabrication preferred
• 2+ years in materials testing lab preferred
• Experience performing hydrotesting
