• Own and develop end-to-end labour demand model
• Translate demand signals into workload hours
• Ensure data-driven, fair labour allocation across markets
• Model daily, weekly, seasonal variations by store type/size
• Align demand logic with labour standards and planning outputs
• Collaborate with Controlling, Operations, Labour Standards, WM, Tech, Product

🎯 Requirements

• Labour demand modelling or workforce planning experience
• Translate demand drivers into labour requirements
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with large datasets
• Experience documenting models, assumptions, and logic
• Understanding of retail/logistics/high-volume ops
• Knowledge of drivers like traffic, transactions, omnichannel flows
