📋 Description

• Own and maintain the end-to-end store labour standards model
• Define and continuously improve methodologies, calculation logic and governance principles behind
• Lead time studies, work measurement activities and productivity assessments across front of house
• Analyse workflows, task execution patterns, workload drivers and operational activities to define
• Ensure labour standards are updated to reflect new processes and omnichannel flows
• Establish and maintain a structured cadence for reviewing task times and changes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in work measurement, labour standards, industrial/methods engineering or productivity
• Experience conducting time studies, task analysis or workload measurement in operational
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and productivity drivers
• Experience translating activities and workload into measurable standards
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data
• Experience documenting methodologies and frameworks with high accuracy
