📋 Description

• Oversees lab operations to meet budget and margin targets
• Leads lab personnel and ensures policy compliance
• Acts as liaison with corporate partners and sales
• Maintains safe culture and regulatory adherence
• Collaborates with QA to keep compliant SOPs
• Forecasts receipts and ensures on-time client data delivery

🎯 Requirements

• BS in a science-related field (preferred)
• 5 years of management experience
• 5 years analytical or related technical knowledge
• Authorized to work in the United States
• English proficiency in reading/writing/speaking
