Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Testing Contractor

📋 Description

• Test and document new LIMS workflow versions in a high-throughput prenatal diagnostics lab
• Support user acceptance testing, suggest fixes, and participate in code reviews
• Create, file, and track change requests and change notifications in the Quality Management System
• Assist in QA documentation and ensure compliance with corporate/regulatory requirements
• Increase efficiency using AI tools and integrate into manual processes
• Maintain thorough documentation and traceability for testing activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with biological or computational focus
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose advanced technical issues
• Familiarity with Python (read and understand code to diagnose errors from tracebacks)
• Prior experience configuring LIMS or similar production software
• Prior experience in a research or production lab
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
