📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day laboratory operations
• Ensure samples are processed and reported on time
• Drive performance, efficiency, and profitability
• Coach and develop a high-performing team
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, UKAS, and HSE
• Build strong client relationships and resolve issues

🎯 Requirements

• GC-MS, LC-MS, and ICP analytical techniques
• Experience leading large laboratory teams
• Laboratory/technical service environment background
• Excellent communication to influence stakeholders
• Understanding of HSE and quality management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
