📋 Description

  • Plan, organize, lead and control MIDDELBURG Laboratory operations.
  • Support Area Manager: Glencore to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with SGS QHSE systems and client safety standards.
  • Provide technical and sales support, and coordinate proposals.
  • Maintain regular meetings and client satisfaction initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Chemistry (preferably).
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science.
  • Minimum 3 years managerial/supervisory experience (coal environment preferred).
  • Experience in coal sampling, preparation, analysis, and beneficiation.
  • Budgets, cost control, data evaluation, and strong client liaison skills.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
