📋 Description

• Support the coordination of testing projects, from receiving customer requests to issuing final
• Review laboratory reports for accuracy and completeness before sharing them with customers.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide project updates and follow up on report
• Prepare quotations, process service requests, and maintain project records.
• Deliver professional customer support while ensuring projects are completed on time.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related Science
• Around 0-1 years of experience in Lab-Testing or TIC Industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with documents and reports.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
