Laboratory Technician

📋 Description

• Prepare samples and equipment for analyses (mounting, machining, polishing).
• Operate profilometers, microscopes, and other lab tools.
• Section, mount, and clean test pieces for analysis.
• Use chemical solutions to prepare/clean samples.
• Review customer specs and visually inspect materials.
• Handle materials and equipment responsibly; protect confidential info.

🎯 Requirements

• ITAR compliance; US citizen or permanent resident required.
• Associate or Bachelor’s in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or related field.
• Basic chemical safety understanding.
• Relevant analytical testing experience with sophisticated equipment is a plus.
• Fine manual dexterity; high accuracy and detail orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
