Laboratory Technician - DIDO

📋 Description

• Carry out routine testing and analysis under supervision in Digestion, Instrumentation
• Handle sample reception, identification, preparation, dilutions, batch setup and analysis, and
• Log samples into LIMS accurately and efficiently; assist in locating, retrieving, and disposing of
• Calibrate and set up laboratory equipment; maintain and record calibrations.
• Prepare standards and reagents; interpret and evaluate results; monitor equipment maintenance and
• Follow health, safety, environmental policies and quality system protocols; maintain a clean work

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; post-secondary science education (Chemistry, Biochemistry
• No experience required; good hand/eye coordination for samples and equipment.
• Comfort with numerals for data monitoring on a computer; follow work instructions safely and
• Ability to work under high workload pressure while balancing throughput and quality.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; excellent verbal/written communication skills.
