Laboratory Technician - Paper Testing

📋 Description

• Prepare samples and analysis following official methods and SOPs.
• Perform routine lab testing per SOPs and methods; validate methods as needed.
• Test to standards (ASTM, CSPA, ISO, SSC) and customer protocols.
• Maintain safety, clean work environment and PPE compliance.
• Maintain lab reports, inventory, and sample processing coordination with SGS labs/global affiliates.
• Assist in calibration/verification tasks and ISO 17025 related activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates Degree in Natural Sciences or related field preferred; bachelor’s degree optional.
• Lab experience with strict safety standards or equivalent education/experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
• Ability to read and understand safety/docs and procedures.
• Ability to handle problems with a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
