Laboratory Testing Specialist

📋 Description

• Perform routine microbiological testing to ensure accurate results
• Setup microbiology lab: instrument selection, installation, validation, maintenance
• Develop, validate, optimize microbiological testing methods
• Assist in ISO 17025 accreditation and CMA/CNAS certification work
• Test consumer products for antimicrobial effectiveness per SOPs
• Prepare reports and ensure standardized data records

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science or related field
• At least 2 years microbiological testing experience in a lab
• Familiar with standard microbiological methods and aseptic techniques
• Experience in consumer product microbiological testing and antimicrobial testing (USP 51/61/62)
• Knowledge of CMA, CNAS, and accreditation requirements preferred
• Good data handling skills and rigorous work attitude
