Land Partnerships Associate / Senior Associate

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate land parcels meeting project criteria using research tools, screening
• Build relationships with landowners, land trusts, nonprofits, corporations, government agencies
• Conduct outreach, qualify opportunities, and develop a strong pipeline of potential land
• Prepare and present partnership proposals, project materials, and supporting documentation.
• Address landowner questions, support due diligence activities, and guide negotiations toward
• Lead deal discussions and contribute to closing partnership opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in land management, land acquisition, agricultural leasing, business
• Proven ability to build relationships, conduct outreach, and manage advanced negotiations.
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts and align diverse stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and develop creative, mutually
• Willingness to travel multiple times per month as needed.
• Must live within driving distance of, or be willing to relocate to, the Midwest, Southeast, or US
