📋 Description

  • Provide strategic leadership for landscape-scale conservation initiatives across a multi-state

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, conservation, natural resource management, public
  • 5–7 years managing collaborative conservation or landscape-scale programs.
  • At least 3 years leading staff or cross-functional initiatives with demonstrated accountability.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape-scale conservation principles and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and manage complex, multi-partner initiatives.
  • Experience managing grants, funding agreements, and reporting requirements.
