📋 Description

• Draft and prepare complaints, briefs, and motions
• Conduct legal research to support motions and briefs
• Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies
• Manage workload with ownership and accountability
• Maintain positive workplace environment
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in civil litigation
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Candidates must be in good standing with the California State Bar
