📋 Description

• Lead the development of production-grade Agentic AI systems across AI engineering, software
• Drive adoption of Agentic Engineering practices to augment engineering workflows with AI agents.
• Build AI-assisted workflows for requirements, code generation, testing, deployment, and
• Design agent workflows for large codebases, context management, multi-step tasks, and failure
• Establish best practices around context management, tool calling, guardrails, and autonomous
• Develop multi-agent architectures and integration with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of software/AI engineering experience with hands-on development.
• Production-grade Agentic AI systems experience beyond basic RAG/watch-and-chat.
• Strong understanding of Agentic Evaluation frameworks and evaluation datasets, metrics, and quality
• Hands-on Python and modern backend/API development experience.
• Experience with LLMs, agent orchestration, tool calling, and RAG.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalents.
