Lead AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade AI-enabled apps and AI agents.
• Establish AI center standards, reusable patterns, and guardrails.
• Support rapid prototyping and experimentation in an AI lab.
• Define AI development lifecycle with governance and monitoring.
• Build scalable AI platforms, APIs, and orchestration components.
• Deliver AI opportunities improving efficiency, CX, or revenue.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in cloud software or AI engineering; 8+ years Python.
• Hands-on AI experience with generative AI, agents, and production workflows.
• Strong AWS/Azure experience and AI-native cloud services (Bedrock, AgentCore, OpenAI, etc.).
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and observability.
• Experience with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and major LLM ecosystems.
