Lead AI/ML Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead technical evaluations of emerging AI/ML technologies via prototypes and experiments.
• Analyze benefits, tradeoffs, risks; communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy production AI/ML apps in AWS.
• Build, train, evaluate, and optimize ML models for enterprise use cases.
• Support AI/ML app development across engineering, ops, security, and cloud-native teams.
• Drive adoption of modern AI tech and scalable practices in enterprise.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors in CS/Data Science/Engineering/Math or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years in software/cloud engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years deploying production apps in AWS.
• At least 2 years deploying production AI/ML apps in enterprise environments.
• Strong Python; hands-on with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience with AI/ML platforms like SageMaker, Bedrock, HF, or similar.
