Lead AI Test Automation Architect

📋 Description

• Design scalable AI-powered test automation frameworks.
• Architect intelligent testing workflows with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Integrate AI agents to enhance testing and quality processes.
• Develop UI, API, and performance automation solutions.
• Embed AI-enabled testing into CI/CD and DevOps.
• Lead QE strategy, standards, and practices.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–14 years in Quality Engineering, SDET, or related fields.
• Strong Python, TypeScript, or Java skills.
• Hands-on UI automation with Playwright or Selenium.
• API automation with PyTest, Requests, or RestAssured.
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, MCP, vector DBs.
• Experience with AI agents (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
