Lead Analyst, SMS Remarketing

📋 Description

• Own the SMS remarketing channel end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and performance.
• Design and manage the message program: segmentation, cadence, templates, flows, and send calendar.
• Monitor deliverability, compliance, and measurement; quantify channel impact on marketplace revenue.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science to improve tooling and data flows.
• Own end-to-end measurement: engagement, deliverability diagnostics, funnel performance, and revenue
• Lead experiments across cadence, creative, timing, and segmentation; build a data-driven playbook.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in SMS, messaging, lifecycle, or growth analytics with hands-on ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Economics or equivalent experience.
• Deep SMS knowledge: carrier ecosystem, A2P/10DLC, deliverability, sending infrastructure, and
• Strong SQL skills; comfortable querying and shaping large datasets (Snowflake a plus).
• Strong experimentation basics (significance, power) and measuring incrementality (holdouts/control).
• Experience with AI tools to accelerate analysis, monitoring, and shipping.
