Lead Apartment Service Technician

📋 Description

• Lead Maintenance Technician for residential community
• Manage work orders, PMs, and daily workload
• Participate in On-Call rotation with stipend
• Travel/inspect grounds and vacant units as needed
• Adhere to operating and safety policies

🎯 Requirements

• HVAC Type I & II/EPA Universal Certification
• Valid Driver’s License, after-hours response
• Experience with appliances, water heaters, boilers, AC
• Experience on garden-style apartment communities
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, basic electrical
