📋 Description

• Lead art director and visual designer across advertising, interaction design, brand experience, and
• Create highly polished visual design concepts and campaigns that are on-brand and drive client
• Translate brand expression into scalable digital experiences across web, mobile, and emerging
• Collaborate with UX designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers throughout the project
• Participate in workshops, design reviews, and critiques; contribute ideas and innovative solutions.
• Mentor junior designers and help evolve design systems and governance.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience designing advertisements and digital experiences in leading agencies or
• Strong visual craft, art direction, and ability to influence design decisions with confidence.
• Excellent communication in English; ability to engage clients and teams across North America.
• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual craft, art direction, and brand-led experience design.
• Proficient with design tools (e.g., Figma); experience with AI-enabled workflows and design systems
• Experience translating concepts into interactive prototypes; strong information architecture and
