📋 Description

• Develop and implement annual audit plans to ensure compliance.
• Lead and manage the audit team; assign tasks and train staff.
• Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations to management.
• Assess financial and internal control risks; propose corrective measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve audit issues.
• Improve audit workflows and methods to raise quality and governance.
• Ensure confidentiality and integrity of all audit documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of auditing experience, including at least 1 year in leadership.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial systems, and audit tools.
• Proven ability to independently manage and complete complex audits.
• Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing; CPA/ACCA/CIA is a plus.
