📋 Description

• Lead the algorithmic foundations for cfDNA diagnostic assays.
• Develop scalable tools to detect SNVs, Indels, CNVs, SVs in low-fraction cfDNA.
• Collaborate with Product, Lab Directors, and Research on panel roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field.
• 4+ years in short-read sequencing data analysis for diagnostics.
• Proficient in Python; experience prototyping bioinformatics tools.
• Experience with sequencing assay workflows and complex investigations.
