📋 Description

• Lead requirements elicitation with procurement, finance, IT, and data owners.
• Analyze current and future business processes.
• Translate needs into scalable Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Bridge business and technical stakeholders for aligned objectives.
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, and sign-off.
• Support adoption, training, and post-go-live activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years as an IT Business Analyst; at least 1 year in a lead role.
• Proven BI/analytics or dashboard project experience.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on Power BI experience: data modeling, DAX, RLS, incremental refresh.
• Fluent in English and Japanese for business discussions and documentation.
