📋 Description

• Lead business analysis across multiple Salesforce projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, solution architects, delivery teams, and partners.
• Promote a configuration-first approach using Salesforce declarative capabilities.
• Assess impact, benefits, and total cost of ownership of solutions.
• Support Salesforce implementations through discovery, design, build, testing, and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems Analysis, with 5+ years with Salesforce.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Hands-on with Flow, reports, dashboards, permission sets, and page layouts.
• Experience with integrations, data migration, data quality, governance.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in Agile environments; ability to work with both technical and non-technical
