Lead business analysis across Salesforce projects
Facilitate discovery sessions and stakeholder alignment

🎯 Requirements

8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience
Leading analysis across multiple Salesforce projects
Strong Service Cloud and Sales Cloud knowledge
Declarative Salesforce config: Flow, reports, dashboards
Experience with external system integrators and data governance
