📋 Description

• Lead clinical presence for Blackbird's Sterling location and help launch a new market.
• Carry a clinical caseload while guiding onsite clinic operations and culture.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality, whole-child care.
• Support teams across in-person and telehealth sessions.
• Build structure and culture as the site scales and the team grows.

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as a LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Virginia
• Minimum 2 years of direct therapy with children and adolescents
• Experience in telehealth or virtual settings
• Flexibility to work after 3pm ET weekdays and weekends
• Enthusiasm for launching a new market and leadership opportunity
