🎯 Requirements

• Strong leadership with hands-on experience in small to mid-sized teams
• Troubleshoot end-to-end production issues
• Experience supervising and monitoring software projects
• On-call DevOps/SRE/Cloud Operations experience
• Linux system administration and networking expertise
• Knowledge of databases and distributed systems
