📋 Description

• Procurement: optimize and maintain L&C process for procurement activity.
• Own standard purchasing template agreements; publish internal guidance and provide training.
• Maintain procurement legal playbook for direct/indirect sourcing.
• Ensure procurement team supported within financial FY plans.
• Finance: manage intra-group service agreements per Tax Director.
• Manage Keyloop’s trademark portfolio; oversee litigation accrual with Finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified solicitor, preferably UK qualified.
• Excellent drafting and drafting of supplier agreements.
• Strong knowledge of risks in technology solutions.
• Strong communication, translating legal principles into guidance.
• Experience drafting/negotiating supplier agreements; identify key risk areas.
• Experience assessing litigation accruals and related considerations.
