📋 Description

• Lead analytics and strategy for CS org end-to-end.
• Build data products and AI workflows for Customer Success/Support.
• Collaborate with VP of CS and leadership for high-impact opportunities.
• Ship AI-powered tools like churn risk scoring and next-best-action.
• Define how CS analytics and AI are used to scale output.
• Remote role; US/Canada base with global team touchpoints.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years in analytics, strategy, or ops.
• Shipped data products or AI systems to production.
• Strong numerical skills; Claude or equivalent tooling; SQL/Python a plus.
• Familiar with CS/Support operations; fast learner.
• Self-sufficient, end-to-end project executor; player-coach OK.
• Comfort with ambiguity; SaaS/startup experience preferred.
